Congratulations to all involved teams for obtaining ISO 45001 Certificate, attesting the commitment on health and safety in our workplace, and the certificate on ISO 14001, showing our attention to the environment. The achievement of these two Certificates represents an important recognition of our Group commitment to health, safety, security, environment and sustainability.

ISO 45001 certification focuses on health and safety management in the workplace, assuring that Ferroli Group is adopting best practices to prevent accidents and problems linked to employees’ health.

We wanted to guarantee safety both with infrastructure and processes investments and information, education, awareness and monitoring. We opened an important path, to be considered as cross-functional and synergical between plants, equipping ourselves with shared and growth plans with different corporate employees:

1. Monthly HSE meeting, where we summarize ongoing activities for our plants’ safety and the environment
2. Safety Walk and Talk, meaning awareness through interviews with employees to understand the real risk perception for health and safety
3. Near Miss, useful to measure and study potential hazards and implement an improvement action plan to avoid those risks to happen

Furthermore, ISO 14001 Certification identifies efficient environmental management, showing our commitment to responsible environmental management and to pollution reduction.

These Certifications settle the position of Ferroli Group toward excellence in these sectors, contributing to our reputation as a responsible and high-quality company. It is essential for the Group success to keep and improve these certifications.
