For this purpose, Ferroli has adopted a Code of Conduct shared and applied by all Group’s sites, which formalizes the fundamental values and conduct rules for all employees, collaborators, suppliers and stakeholders. The code represents a “charter of fundamental rights and values” and promotes the culture of ethics and mutual cooperation. Key principles include compliance with regulations, transparency, integrity, prevention of corruption and conflict of interest, privacy protection and human capital exploitation.
Another key aspect of the company’s strategy is to contrast bribery and conflict of interests. For this reason, Ferroli Spa implemented a Organizational Management Model (MOG) in accordance with D.Lgs. 231/2001 which introduced administrative liability of legal persons for certain crimes committed in their interest or for the benefit of administrators, employees or collaborators, such as corruption, fraud, environmental or corporate crimes.
In addition, a Whistleblowing system has been introduced to enable employees to safely report irregularities and crimes. To cover a wider range of warnings, Ferroli created the Speak-up Policy which protects the identity of whistleblowers and prevents retaliation.
The Anticorruption Policy has been adopted to combat corruption and promote a culture of transparency and integrity. These tools reflect Ferroli’s ongoing commitment to legality, ethics and social responsibility, ensuring a working environment that meets the highest standards of behaviour.
Finally, Ferroli promotes the ethical use of its equipment and computer systems, protecting the privacy of personal data of employees, customers and partners. To this end, Ferroli has implemented policies and procedures to ensure the proper use of systems, the protection of company information and processing of personal data in line with current regulations.
