In 2025 Ferroli started a new partnership on inclusion projects

It is with great enthusiasm that the project “Unequalled Mountaineers: Inclusive Adrenaline” has been officially included among initiatives supported by the Silvia Parente Sports Foundation, an important reality committed to promote the inclusion and accessibility of sport for everybody.

The Silvia Parente Sports Foundation was founded in Bologna in 2006 by a close-knit group of friends overwhelmed by the excitement for the 2006 Turin Winter Paralympics. During the alpine skiing competition, Silvia Parente, led by Lorenzo Migliari, won 4 medals, including a gold medal in Giant Slalom. What was once a Ski Club was closed, and the decision to create something new was taken. The idea was to create something that in Italy was missing, that would allow people with disabilities to approach sport and practice it with satisfaction.

The Foundation operates exclusively with the purpose of social solidarity and without profit. In particular, it plans, financially supports and promotes projects that foster and make possible to practice sport for people with disabilities and/or in a situation of social distress. The activities promoted or carried out by the Foundation are aimed at providing bio-psycho-social benefits, regardless of the age and abilities of participants. For the Foundation, differences are a source of enrichment, not a discriminatory factor.

Sponsors are a key figure for the success of the project, ranging from the availability of financial resources to the creation of a network of support and visibility for the project itself.

Ferroli, which distinguished in HVAC sector for decades, has decided to support “Unequalled Mountaineers” project.

Luca Magnotta, Group Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, commented: “supporting an inclusion project like “Unequalled Mountaineers” is a natural choice for Ferroli, which reflects the fundamental values of our Company. We always commit improving people’s lives through innovation and the quality of our products. But inclusion goes beyond technology: we believe that access to unique experiences, such as those offered by the project, can really make a difference in people’s lives. The mountain, with its ability to break down physical and psychological barriers, symbolizes our commitment to support initiatives that promote inclusiveness and overcome boundaries.

In Ferroli, we believe that progress is not only measured in terms of technological innovation but also through the contribution we can make to the community. With “Unequalled Mountaineers” we want to be part of a change that goes beyond the simple product, aiming to improve the quality of life and foster a more inclusive and supportive society”.
